File a complaint with Alibaba Logistics



I bought a Dell T5600 from the seller.
Before shipping, the shop sent me a detailed video of the product.
The video clearly showed that the Dell T5600 was in very good condition.
All parts appeared intact and well maintained in the recording.
Based on this video, the product looked fully functional before delivery.



However, when I received the package, it had already been opened.
The packaging was damaged and no longer in its original condition.
The condition inside the box was very poor.
This was completely different from what was shown in the video.
As a result, I am very concerned about the condition of the product.


When I opened the package, the product did not work.
It showed no proper response when I tried to use it.
I checked it carefully, but the issue remained the same.
This was very disappointing and unexpected.
I am worried that the product was already damaged before delivery.



After that, I contacted the seller for support.
I followed many instructions provided by the shop.
I tried each step carefully as guided.
However, the problem still could not be resolved.
In the end, the product remained not working.


I trusted Alibaba Logistics to deliver my order safely, but they have deeply disappointed me.
The package was opened during the logistics process, and the condition of the product became very poor.
I believe that improper handling by Alibaba Logistics and customs caused damage to my item.
This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and concern.
Therefore, I would like to formally file a complaint with Alibaba Logistics and request a proper investigation and resolution.
