Eric Swalwell was just on with Jake Tapper and said his Judiciary committee held an emergency meeting over this today

In his interview with Rep. Eric Swalwell which heavily focused on the Stone case, Tapper asked if Democratic lawmakers are willing to impeach the president again.
"Might you impeach him over this, over Roger Stone and his sentencing?" Tapper asked.
"You know, we're not going to take our options off the table," Swalwell said. "We don't wake up in the morning wanting to impeach him, you know. We want to work with him on prescription drugs, background checks and infrastructure, but we're not just going to let him torch this democracy because he thinks he's been let off once and that we're not going to do something about it."
What’s amazing to me isn’t so much that Democrats want to impeach Trump again. It’s how he characterizes the ‘controversy’:
“…to infect [Trump’s] corruption into the DOJ, I think that is what’s so concerning to so many people who want independence among prosecutions.”
“…the erosion of independence among prosecutors is our chief concern.”
“We’re not going to take our options off the table. We don’t wake up in the morning wanting to impeach him, you know…but we are not going to let him just torch this democracy because he thinks that he’s been let off once and we’re not going to do something about it.”
All of a sudden Swalwell is concerned about corruption in our justice system? Where was he when the IG released his report on the serious abuses of the FISA process? I’m hard pressed to find anything notable he said about the report, other than claiming investigators were justified in the Trump campaign surveillance program a month before the report came out and blew that notion out of the water. Swalwell is a partisan hack who doesn’t care at all about corruption in the Justice Department, as long as the corruption only harms Republicans.
And further, as Joe Biden likes to say about his son’s shenanigans, there’s no evidence here of any corruption. Trump didn’t recommend a lighter sentence and force Barr to go along with it. Trump does what he always does and criticized the absurd nature of the sentencing recommendation on Twitter. I’ve got no problems with the House or the Senate asking Barr how his decision to take over the case went down. But to suggest Trump is ‘infecting’ the DOJ with corruption at this point reveals the partisan motivation of Swalwell and his Trump-loathing Democrats comrades.
