Joe Rogan CRUSHES transgender arguments on hormones for kids

This video is going viral, and it’s for a very good reason. Joe Rogan absolutely obliterates the doofus from “Adam Ruins Everything” and his pro-transgender arguments.

In the first part, he talks about transgender athletes in sports and whether it’s fair, but he really really goes hard on whether hormones for kids is a smart idea. Spoiler alert: it’s not.

Just watch the whole thing:

WOW. So Rogan is definitely not coming from a conservative point of view, but he hits everything with plain common sense. And he absolutely destroys the notion that is proper or reasonable to inject kids with hormones because they say they’re another gender from the one God and nature assigned to them.

By the end, Adam is reduced to anecdotal evidence and feel-good emotions about what he wants to be true about transgender policy, and not what is actually true. Kudos to Rogan on this one….

Judge BLASTS Kim Foxx’s office for not treating another false police report like Jussie Smollett

A judge in Cook County is not happy with Kim Foxx’s office and the obvious double standard in a new case involving a false police report. In this case, a woman filed a false police report and Kim Foxx’s office is prosecuting her. And the judge is pissed about it:

Here’s more:
FOX 32 – 21-year-old Candace Clark of Hoffman Estates says she’s the victim of a Kim Foxx double standard, and a Cook County Judge agrees.
On April 11, Clark appeared in the Rolling Meadows courtroom of Cook County Judge Marc Martin, facing a single felony count of making a false police report.
Clark is accused of giving an acquaintance access to her bank account and then telling police money had been stolen, something she denies.
According to a transcript obtained by FOX 32, Judge Martin hammered prosecutors, asking, “I’d like to know why Ms. Clark is being treated differently than Jussie Smollett. It’s a disorderly conduct case. A lot less egregious than Mr. Smollett’s case. I have a problem with it.”
Prosecutors were demanding that Clark make full restitution of $2,800 and serve deferred prosecution, something not required of Smollett.
“Ms. Clark is not a movie star, she doesn’t have a high-priced lawyer,” said Judge Martin. “And this smells big time. Your office created this mess. There’s no publicity on this case. Press gets ahold of this; it’ll be the newspaper.”
A spokesperson for Kim Foxx says because the case is ongoing, they have no comment.
“I’m not Jussie Smollett,” said Clark. “I wish I was, but it’s OK. I’ll get my justice.”
Clark, who has no previous criminal history, is due back in front of Judge Martin Thursday.
Here’s a tweet of the partial court transcript where the judge questioned the prosecutors:

State Trooper puts idiot protesters in their PLACE after they claim racial profiling!

Here’s a great video for you to enjoy.

A state trooper in Arizona confronted a protester for approaching one of his officers while in a traffic stop. He gave the female with the video camera fair warning that if she ever did that again he would arrest her.

And that’s when it got good:

Person: "That individual is being racially profiled for being brown."

Police Officer: "Wow, you are about as ignorant as I've ever met. Oh my God, go do something else. Go have fun. It's Friday night, man. Don't be such an idiot. Put that on your website."
I love the trooper’s initial reaction when the girl holding the camera claims that there’s a lot of ‘racial profiling’ going on and that’s why she needs to know why they are stopping this specific person:

“Oh shut up with that crap!”

And when he engages them again, the protester in the background claims the man being detained is “for being brown.” The Trooper then calls them out for being the idiots that they are:

“Wow, you are about as ignorant as I’ve ever met. My goodness. Oh my god, go do something else. Go have fun. Go do something – it’s Friday night, man. Don’t be such an idiot. Put that on your website.”

BOOM! I Love how he said “put that on your website” as he was walking away. State Troopers are the best!

Okay, consier this your open thread for the night! Enjoy!

Joe Biden says "I will be more mindful about respecting personal space in the future"

Former Vice President Joe Biden addresses statements from some women that his physical contact with them made them uncomfortable, on camera for the first time since the allegations were made. In a video posted online, Biden says he will be “more mindful” about respecting “personal space”.

With speculation mounting that he'll enter the 2020 race for president, former Vice President Joe Biden posted a video to his Twitter and Instagram accounts on Wednesday addressing recent accusations of inappropriate behavior by several women.

Social norms are changing. I understand that, and I’ve heard what these women are saying. Politics to me has always been about making connections, but I will be more mindful about respecting personal space in the future. That’s my responsibility and I will meet it.
In the video, Biden begins by apparently defending his touchy-feely persona by saying, "In my career, I've always tried to make a human connection." He also spoked about people who have "reached out for solace and comfort" to deal with tragedies in their life like the ones he's faced. (Biden's first wife and young daughter were killed in a 1972 car wreck.)

Biden then pivots to newer social norms and makes a promise to be more aware of his own actions in the future: "the boundaries of protecting personal space have been reset. And I get it, I get it. I hear what they're saying. I understand it. And I'll be much more mindful, that's my responsibility."

He then finishes by returning to the message of "connecting with people. That won't change but I will be more mindful and respectful of peoples' personal space."

In the last week, multiple women have come forward to discuss experiences with Biden in which they said he touched them inappropriately. Biden's apparent lack of boundaries has been a topic of conversation before, but they're being explored in the new light of the #MeToo era.

Similarly, Biden's poor treatment of Anita Hill during the Clarence Thomas confirmation hearings, during which Hill was questioned about accusations of sexual harassment she made against Thomas, were recently revisited with regards to the Brett Kavanaugh hearings.

All of that said, one important point about Biden's video is that he never issues a direct apology, either in general or to the specific women who made the allegations.

And that didn't escape notice on Twitter.
Steadman™ : This follows the pattern of what Biden has said about crime bill and Anita Hill. A regretful tone but an avoidance of admitting direct fault

Social norms are changing. I understand that, and I’ve heard what these women are saying. Politics to me has always been about making connections, but I will be more mindful about respecting personal space in the future. That’s my responsibility and I will meet it.
Marina Fang : Not heard in this video: "I'm sorry."

Social norms are changing. I understand that, and I’ve heard what these women are saying. Politics to me has always been about making connections, but I will be more mindful about respecting personal space in the future. That’s my responsibility and I will meet it.
Julie DiCaro : You can believe that Joe Biden is a decent human being/ public servant AND that he's failed to care enough about women to understand their unfair/unequal treatment by society, from Anita Hill to his "handsiness."

Being decent doesn't innoculate people from their blindspots.

Social norms are changing. I understand that, and I’ve heard what these women are saying. Politics to me has always been about making connections, but I will be more mindful about respecting personal space in the future. That’s my responsibility and I will meet it.
Nathan McDermott : Should be noted that Biden doesn't actually apologize or admit he did anything wrong. Rather, he's saying that people are upset with him because society has changed and his actions were actually okay at a different time, they just aren't in fashion today.

Social norms are changing. I understand that, and I’ve heard what these women are saying. Politics to me has always been about making connections, but I will be more mindful about respecting personal space in the future. That’s my responsibility and I will meet it.
While he seems to hint at a potential run in the video, saying, "In the coming month, I expect to be talking about you about a whole lot of issues," Biden still hasn't formally announced his intentions to run as a Democratic candidate in 2020. Biden previously ran for president in 1988 and 2008.

Donald Trump has some issues with "oranges."

Trump has had many an issue during his presidency with the activist 9th Circuit Court of Appeals – where liberals love to go to try and stifle the his agenda.

But now, over two years into Trump’s presidency, the court finally a significant makeover:
FOX NEWS – For the first time in more than three decades, Republican-appointed judges will soon occupy nearly half the seats on the left-leaning 9th Circuit Court of Appeals — dealing a setback to progressive legal advocates who have long seen the court as a safe bet for favorable rulings.
The radical transformation of the San Francisco-based court is largely the result of President Trump’s aggressive push to nominate conservative judges and bypass traditional consultations with Senate Democrats — a practice that has led to repeated howls of protest from California’s two Democratic senators, Kamala Harris and Judiciary Committee ranking member Dianne Feinstein. The 9th Circuit has a sprawling purview over cases arising in nine western states, including California, Hawaii, and Oregon.
Once Trump’s latest picks to the 9th Circuit, including Ken Lee and Dan Collins, are confirmed as expected and remaining vacancies are filled, 13 of the 29 active seats on the key appellate court will be filled with judges picked by Republican presidents. At this time last year, 16 judges on the 9th Circuit were appointed by Democrats, with only six chosen by Republicans.
Republicans have long been discussing how to deal with the issue of the 9th circuit and others being so activist. And Trump has certainly been unabashed in his criticism as well.

So it seems quite fitting that almost half of the court will now be filled with judges who understand that the Constitution is the highest law of the land and not liberal ideals.

In related news, there’s a report out there that suggests Trump is planning on nominating Amy Coney Barrett if Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat ever comes open.

Andy McCarthy explains why it’s just DUMB that Democrats want to subpoena the FULL Mueller report

Tomorrow Democrats plan to vote in the House Judiciary Committee on subpoenaing the DOJ for the full unredacted Mueller report.

But Andy McCarthy explains why it’s just dumb that Democrats are even going down this road for two reasons.

Watch:

McCarthy argues the most consequential testimonies that Democrats care about will more than likely be in the Mueller report because they aren’t protected by secrecy laws:

“What’s oddest about this whole thing is that they’re posturing over an empty bag, because the grand jury material is likely to be the least important, least significant stuff in the Mueller report,” McCarthy said. “All of the important witnesses for the Democrats who are Trump administration people cooperated with the special counsel and voluntarily sat for interviews. So their material is likely not covered by grand jury secrecy rules – they likely didn’t have to testify for the grand jury.”
Not to mention, as he points out, that the grand jury information is protected by the law and therefore can’t be released.

He suggested if they wanted to do something productive, they should try and change the law:
“If they wanted to do something useful, instead of doing all this nonsense about a subpoena, which is probably going to be completely unnecessary, if they’re so worried about it, I don’t know why they don’t just propose an amendment to rule 6E, which would allow Congress to get the grand jury material in Special Counsel investigations,” he said.
“They can issue a subpoena, but I think they’re kidding themselves if they think they can compel Attorney General Barr to turn it over. They can try to hold him in contempt, but hold him in contempt for following the law? I don’t get that,” McCarthy added.
Exactly. Barr is following the law and Democrats think they can subpoena him to break the law and the courts will honor their subpoena and compel Barr? That’s ridiculous on its face.

Lastly here’s video of Nadler, who is trying to force the FULL Mueller report to be disclosed, arguing the very opposite with regard to the Ken Starr report on Bill Clinton:

Breaking News: Eric Holder unloads on Senator Mitch McConnell: 'Unpatriotic'

In a new interview with Ari Melber, Attorney General Eric Holder discusses Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, saying McConnell has done "a whole bunch of unpatriotic things and that "history will not be kind to him". Holder and Melber discuss a wide range of topics, from 2020 Democratic candidates, to criminal justice reform, to the Obama administration's immigration policies.

At a press conference today, McConnell weighed in on Trump’s threat to close the border.
When asked if Congress could do anything in response if Trump closed the border, McConnell simply acknowledged the crisis but suggested that Trump shouldn’t close down the border because of the potentially “catastrophic economic impact”.

Watch:

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says "we certainly have a crisis on the border," but "closing down the border would have potentially catastrophic economic impact on our country and I would hope we would not be doing that sort of thing"
McConnell says he completely agrees that there’s a crisis on the border, but then suggests closing down the border is a terrible idea and that Trump shouldn’t do it:
“Closing down the border would have potentially catastrophic economic impact on our country and I would hope we would not be doing that sort of thing.”
Way to have the president’s back…

Seriously, instead of undermining Trump, McConnell should have put the onus on Democrats to fix our immigration laws if they don’t want the border closed, acknowledging that even though it’s not something he’d like to see, the president has to deal with this unprecedented crisis.

Rather, he throws Trump under the bus. This is why it’s so hard for Republicans to win.

Lib ‘sex-worker’ goes into full meltdown with HYSTERICAL rant over Georgia’s ‘heartbeat’ bill

This is just so ridiculous.

A ‘sex-worker’ named Asuka Cortez went into full meltdown mode this weekend in a hysterical video over Georgia’s ‘heartbeat’ bill.

The video is full of inaccuracies which the Daily Wire corrects below.

But what’s crazier to me is how insane Cortez gets about this bill, saying her body anatomy (?) is being taken from her and that she shouldn’t have to have a “f—ing child” in her if she doesn’t want it a “f—ing child” in her.

She said this bill is terrifying for women all around the world!

Watch:

The first time I watched this I found myself yelling at my computer screen. I’ll leave to your imagination what I may have said, but the notion that she wants to keep having sex and yet doesn’t want to have “f—ing child” in her is what made me blow my top.
I’d much rather she get herself ‘fixed’ than to murder unborn babies. And I say that knowing full well how the church views this.
But she’s sounds unwilling to have the ‘fixing’ done, yet she’s totally ok with murdering unborn babies? Absolutely evil.

Devin Nunes responds to loony Swalwell interview and NAILS the heck out of it!

This morning we showed you the ridiculous interview with Rep. Swalwell, who claims the phony dossier is ‘factual’ and still believes Trump is a Russian agent.
I’m confident that if there were another jihadist attack, Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., would be right there with his fellow Democrats, demanding more legal rights for enemy combatants while his fellow progressive lawyers queued up from Harvard Yard to Guantanamo Bay to volunteer their services to those who’d been detained. After all, as they’ve told us for years, due process for the enemy is part of “our values” – it’s “who we are.”
Devin Nunes went on right after Swalwell and responded to his comments. And I have to say, he nails is pretty good.
Watch:
Nunes actually calls Swalwell a ‘chupacabra hunter’! That’s so perfect, LOL!
Here’s more of what he said via the Daily Caller:
“No, I actually think you should just give him the entire show because the American people will see what they voted for,” Nunes said before comparing the search for a “Russian ghost somewhere” with “trying to find a chupacabra,” a mythical animal.
“They are like a bunch of chupacabra hunters,” he continued. “They have never seen it. They’ve never had any evidence. They said they have more than a circumstantial evidence. They said they have direct evidence. The truth of the matter is the people who colluded with the Russians were the Democrats. The Democrats paid Christopher Steele, a former British spy, to get dirt on Trump from Russia. That is just a fact.”
He’s exactly right and we’ve known this for a long time now. The only chupacabra is Hillary Clinton and the DNC, because they colluded with the Russians!
Yet Democrats and the media could care less about the actual collusion. Which just proves once again how this whole affair is exactly what Trump has said it was so many times: a witch hunt.

UNBELIEVABLE: Rachel Maddow’s ratings PLUMMETED after Mueller Report!

Rachel Maddow shows a pattern in behavior by the Trump administration of making dramatic announcements without following through to make sure the thing they announced ends up being real, and expresses caution about the announcement of the Mueller report happening without actually sharing the Mueller report.

There may still be hope for America yet.
Rachel Maddow, who was crying Friday night after initial reports showed that Trump had been vindicated by the Mueller investigation, was more than likely crying yesterday when her ratings came in for Monday night.
According to the Daily Beast, they plummeted:
Here’s more:
Within MSNBC, there’s an acknowledgement that the Trump-Russia narrative on which the cable network—and especially its primetime star Maddow—built monster ratings has fizzled for the moment.
Insiders also claim not to be surprised that the conclusion of the long-awaited Mueller report—or at least the Trump-appointed attorney general’s summary—was a whimper, not a bang for an outlet that has invested so much time and energy, in primetime and throughout its dayparts, in the notion that Trump is unworthy of the Oval Office and might at some point be forced to give it up.
And it’s also possible that the Mueller disappointment drove loyal viewers away in much the same way that people avoid looking at their 401(k)s when the stock market is down. Maddow, who has consistently vied for the first or second top-rated cable news program, was sixth on Monday evening, down almost 500,000 total viewers from the previous Monday, as was MSNBC’s second top-rated program in primetime, The Last Word With Lawrence O’Donnell.
500,000 is a big chunk of viewers!
I can only hope that trend continues now that the truth is out. The media had vilified Trump to the point of ‘treason’ and now narrative is dead.
But don’t worry about MSNBC. They say they aren’t panicking yet…
Conversely, “It was obviously a big couple of nights for Fox,” said one network insider, claiming, however, that nobody at MSNBC is panicking.
I’ll be looking forward to Tuesday night to see if the trend continues. I’m crossing my fingers!

Katy Tur calls out Sen Hirono for trying to have it BOTH WAYS on Green New Deal

Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii) joins MTP Daily to discuss Democrats pivoting to health care after the Mueller report memo and what their strategy is going forward. Trump health care equals ‘big fat zeroes’

The despicable Senator Hirono from Hawaii was on MSNBC trying to explain why Democrats refused to vote for the Green New Deal.
Of course she called the vote by McConnell a sham and said Democrats didn’t want to participate.
But then something happened that I wasn’t expecting.
MSNBC Katy Tur challenges Hirono, accusing her of trying to appear to support the bill without having to suffer for it politically.
Watch:
I love it.
Hirono makes the argument to support the Green New Deal and then Tur flips it right back on her and asks why not vote for it anyway if she believes in it:
But isn’t that an argument that you just made to vote ‘yes’ for it. I mean McConnell may be trying to make it a show vote… You’ve signed onto this, you’re one of the co-authors of it. If you believe that this is something – even if it’s aspirational – that needs to get done, why not take a stand and vote YES for it, [saying] ‘here’s where the Democrats stand on it’ and ‘we don’t don’t care that it’s a show vote from Leader McConnell.’
It seems like you’re trying to have it both ways – not be hung by it politically but also NOT say that you don’t support it.
Wow, great point. I’m kinda surprised she made it.
Yet Hirono was undeterred and just went back to jibber-jabbering about how it’s a shame and McConnell’s trying to divide Democrats.
Blah blah blah.

Hillary Clinton says: 'I'm not running' for president in 2020

"I'm not running, but I'm going to keep on working and speaking and standing up for what I believe," Clinton told the station, in the first local television interview since the midterm elections. Clinton also said she is "not going anywhere."

"What's at stake in our country, the kind of things that are happening right now are deeply troubling to me. And I'm also thinking hard about how do we start talking and listening to each other again?" she said. "We've just gotten so polarized. We've gotten into really opposing camps unlike anything I've ever seen in my adult life."

 ở đây ta lưu ý hỗn hộp X là 3 chất mà chỉ có 1 mức oxi hóa dù phản ứng với clo hay HCl, nên ta có:
Cl2 +2e --> 2Cl-
0,3…………….0,6
HCl --> H2 +2Cl-
…………0,3…0,6

Michelle Malkin doesn’t pull ANY punches in feisty CPAC speech!

I haven’t been able to watch hardly any of the CPAC 2019 speeches, but regardless of that I’m going to go out on a limb and say that if there’s just one CPAC speech you need to watch, it’s this one.

I am not overstating this. This is the kind of speech CPAC was designed for!

Watch:

Michelle Malkin didn’t pull any punches from those who are doing harm to our country via terrible immigration policies, whether it be Democrats or Republicans.

She also called out those who silence conservatives and naming names, even taking a shot at CPAC itself for doing this in the past.

And Van Jones, who’s getting kudos this week for praising Republicans yesterday at CPAC – well she made sure to remind everyone of how his group, Color of Change, has been part of the hard left working against conservative policies and silencing conservatives.

I can’t go through everything she talked about, but the main focus of her speech was on immigration. She wanted to ensure that it got more than just one 20 minute discussion. The latter portion of her speech focused on how important conservative activism really is and how that’s the only way things are truly going to change.

After watching the whole speech, I’m left with the feeling that it’s time to restart the Tea Party all over again and make sure the amnesty lovers on the right don’t take it over this time.

Seriously, watch her speech.

Tìm tham số m lớp 10 của Quỳnh

Câu 6: cho phương trình 2x2+2mx+m2-2=0, với m là tham số, gọi x1, x2 là hai nghiệm của phương trình. Tìm giá trị lớn nhất của biểu thức: A=|2x1.x2+x1+x2-4|
Giải:
Ta có Δ’=m2-2.(m2-2)=4-m2.
ð Để phương trình có nghiệm phân biệt thì 4-m2 >0
ð -2<m<2
Khi đó theo Vi-et:
ü S=x1+x2=-b/a= -m
ü P=x1.x2=c/a=(m2-2)/2
Thay vào biểu thức ta được:
A=|2.(m2-2)/2 -m-4|=|m2-m-6|
=>4-m2>0 =>-2<m<2
Vì đề yêu cầu hai nghiệm dương thì:
ü S=x1+x2=-b/a=m >0
ü P=x1.x2=c/a=(m2-2)/2 >0 => m>2 v m<-√2  (√ là căn)
=>m>2
Giao với điều kiện delta =>2 <m <2
Phần quang trọng tìm nghiệm lớn nhất.
Ta có: 2x2-2mx+m2-2=0
óm2-2xm+2x2-2=0
ở đây ta coi m là biến còn x là tham số, ta sẽ tìm điều kiện của x để phương trình có nghiệm m. (cách này gọi là đổi biến)
Δ’=x2-(2x2-2)=2-x2
Để phương trình có nghiệm m thì
Δ0 => 2-x20
=>-√2x≤√2  (√ là căn)
Vậy x lớn nhất là √2.

Sen. Thom Tillis says he'll vote against Trump's national emergency

As you already know, the House will be voting on privileged resolution today that seeks to block Trump’s National Emergency. It will surely pass the House.
But the big question is what happens to the resolution when it gets to the Republican-controlled Senate. There are already some Republicans saying they’ll join Democrats to vote against Trump’s National Emergency.
Via CNN:
Sen. Thom Tillis will be among those Republican senators to vote in favor of a resolution against President Donald Trump’s declaration of a national emergency at the border, the North Carolina Republican made public Monday, increasing the chances that the resolution will be sent to the White House.
Tillis, who is up for re-election in 2020, wrote in an op-ed for The Washington Post that while he favors border security, he is concerned the President has overreached with the national emergency declaration.
“As a U.S. senator, I cannot justify providing the executive with more ways to bypass Congress,” he wrote. “As a conservative, I cannot endorse a precedent that I know future left-wing presidents will exploit to advance radical policies that will erode economic and individual freedoms.”
He’s not the only one.
Only four Republicans need join Democrats and here are two more…
Republicans control 53 seats in the chamber. If all Democrats vote for it, they will still need four Republican votes to help them stop Trump’s national emergency declaration. They have two, now that Tillis and Maine Sen. Susan Collins, who’s also up for re-election in 2020, have said they’ll join.
Other Republicans have also expressed concern about Trump’s decision to declare a national emergency as well.
Sen. Lisa Murkowski, a moderate Republican from Alaska, told a home-state TV station that she would “probably” support the proposal of disapproval.
“Not because I disagree with the President when it comes to border security, (or) certainly national security, but because I think it’s so important that there be clear lines when it comes to the separation of powers,” Murkowski told KTUU in Anchorage. “There’s going to be a great deal of debate as to whether or not the legal authority is there. I would suggest there probably is. The question is … is this over and above the authority that has been granted specifically to the Congress itself?”
Always Murkowski.
Almost always Collins (she did vote for Kavanaugh).
And now Thom Tillis, who has a hard F rating at Conservative Review, so it really isn’t terribly surprising.
Who will be number four in the Senate that sends this resolution to Trump’s desk?
We’re taking guesses in the comments.
Should there be a number four, Trump has already vowed to veto the bill. And once he does, it then becomes a serious uphill battle in the House and Senate. The House would need 53 Republicans to vote against it and the Senate only need 20.
So once the veto happens, the resolution is as good as dead.

=>DE QO tại I   (1)
Áp dụng hệ thức lượng trong tam giác vuông OAM:
OA2=OH.OM
=>R2=OH.OM  (*)
Áp dụng hệ thức lượng trong tam giác vuông OEQ:
OE=OI.OQ
=>R2=OI.OQ (**)
Từ (*) và (**) suy ra: OH.OM = OI.OQ
Mà hai tam giác QOH, MOI có chung góc O.
Nên: QOH đồng dạng với MOI
ð Góc QHO=góc MIO=90o
ð MIQO  (2)
Từ (1) và (2) suy ra MI≡DE (cùng vuông góc với QO)
Vậy M,D,E thẳng hang.
