This week on Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan, as the U.S. launches airstrikes on Iran-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen, Margaret Brennan speaks to Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Plus, President Trump's envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, joins the discussion.

During the interview, Rubio and Brennan had a tense exchange when she questioned whether Mahmoud Khalil’s actions should be considered terrorism or if Rubio was simply opposing his viewpoint.

Rubio fired back confidently, stating, “Yes! They take over – I mean, you should watch the news – these guys take over entire buildings!”

Brennan quickly responded, “We covered it intensely,” prompting Rubio to challenge her, “Well then you should know!”

What followed was a heated back-and-forth as Rubio doubled down on his stance, providing a firm argument on the issue.
